Do you provide free shipment throughout India?
Yes, we provide free shipping all across India preferably through our logistics partner FedEx.

Do you take international orders?

No, we are currently shipping only to addresses India. However, one may place an order and receive the shipping anywhere in India.

How long do you take to deliver?

Delivery time depends on your PIN code. In metro and major cities, it is usually within 2-3 working days. However, maybe an exception in states like Kerala, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and North-East India.

Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver to across more than 10,000 pin codes across India.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) facility?

Yes, we do provide COD facility subject to service available in your pincode.

When will I receive my order? How can I check whether it is shipped or not?
We generally ship items within 2 working days of order placement. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers or due to prolonged public holidays.

Generally, we do mention the items in the shipping label as well as the declaration attached to the box. However, at times we may not mention the items due to legal and logistical restrictions.

As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

I have received an error after I entered my card details. What shall I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can retry again with the same card or try a different card. Alternatively, you can also opt for a different method of payment such as Net-banking or wallet.

Is pickup facility available in my area?

We depend on our courier partners to provide reverse pickup facility across India. You can raise a return request through the below link to confirm the serviceability of your Pincode.

How do I initiate a reverse pick up?

We shall take care of the reverse pick-up. All you have to do is re-pack the product in its original package, and include all the tags and labels. Our logistics partner shall get in touch with you thereafter.

Who pays the return courier charges?

We will reimburse up to Rs.100 in the form of zCoins. zCoins are a form of cash (1 Zcoin = 1 Rupee).

I bought a set of products. Can I return only one or both the products?

If I use a marketing coupon/discount and return the items, will I be able to avail the same discount for the next order?

No. Discounts are time bound and may vary from time to time. Further, no returns or refunded requested shall be accepted in this case.

Will I get the discount amount as a part of my refund value?

No. Marketing discounts are non-refundable.
