Description
Aquaforest Magnesium
- Agent for raising magnesium levels in reef aquariums. Essential for coral development and calcium balance.
- Low magnesium affects calcium stability and pH. Recommended magnesium level: 1180-1460 mg/l (ppm).
- Contains MgCl2x6H2O. Can be combined with Calcium or Reef Mineral Salt.
Dosage
- Dissolve 10 g in 1000 ml RODI water
- 100 ml of solution raises magnesium by 1.2 ppm in 100 liters
- Do not raise magnesium by more than 50 ppm daily
Usage Notes
- Test water before dosing
- Use Kh Buffer and Reef Mineral Salt to maintain ionic balance
