Fluval FX Series External Canister Filter

The FX External Filters from Fluval are compact filters with great performance. Designed for larger pools, the filters are equipped with a Smart Pump. This continuously monitors and optimises the pump performance thanks to advanced microchip technology. This includes regular self-venting at 12-hour intervals and self-priming at start-up. All valves are attached at a convenient 45? angle for easy positioning and can be rotated. The filter baskets inside are stackable and can be removed easily.

An additional drain valve facilitates the maintenance process. In the FX6, a maintenance indicator provides a reminder about the month of the last maintenance and water change.

To ensure that the filters are not only powerful but also quiet, they stand on rubberised feet. A complete set of filter media is included in the delivery so that the FX external filter can be used immediately. The FX external filter can be used in freshwater and marine aquariums.
