Description
Aquaforest Calcium
- Maintains constant calcium levels and pH balance
- Essential for coral and coralline algae development.
- Supports skeletal growth and reef stability.
- Recommended calcium level: 380-460 mg/l (ppm).
- Contains calcium chloride (CaCl2).
- Causes serious eye irritation. Use protective gear when handling.
Dosage
- Dissolve 50 g in 1000 ml RODI water
- 100 ml raises calcium by 18 ppm in 100 liters
- 10 g raises calcium by 36 ppm in 100 liters
- Do not raise calcium by more than 20 ppm daily
Usage Notes
- Test water before dosing
- Use KH Buffer and Reef Mineral Salt to maintain ionic balance
- Calcium and Magnesium can be combined in one solution
