Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

SHIPPING

  • We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Keeping in view Indian Regulations, all liquid and heavyweight items will be shipped by surface only, which shall result in the delayed arrival of products.
  • If you are in hurry to buy products in case of an emergency, consult our support team before making the purchase. The lead time required to deliver any liquid item will be 3-10 days, depending on your location.

DISPATCH TIME

  • We generally ship your order within 2 working days of order placement.
  • However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers or due to prolonged public holidays.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Therefore, your order would be split and sent in 2/3 parts (or even higher) and you would be notified by email for their respective tracking links.
  • Please note all items may be shipped with a declaration (can be deemed as an invoice) mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

TRANSIT TIME

  • You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 4-5 working days in major cities and 7-15 days for other locations.
  • This time may vary due to courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events in and around the delivery area.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. The tracking link is shared through email.
  • Please allow 24 hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

REFUND

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same along with the reason.
  • In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card, wallet, UPI etc.) that was used to make the purchase.

SHIPMENT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, you should raise a ticket within 3 days from the date of delivery, mentioning your order number. We shall investigate the matter and make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
