SUNSUN HW-304B EXTERNAL CANISTER FILTER is ideal for tanks up to 600 liter aquarium. The SUNSUN HW-304B includes filter pads, hoses and all the parts you need to get started. The media trays allow you to add other filter media such as activated carbons, ceramic rings or bio-balls (additional can be purchase in separate listing) to achieve excellent mechanical, chemical, and biological filtration. The HW-304 canister filter also has a convenient self-priming pump that eliminates the need for manual siphoning.

Excellent packaging and quick shipping .
Can house 2 litres of matrix/ bio rio in each tray though I recommend 1 L – 1.5L.
Earlier I thought I received a defective unit as it was making a lot of sound .but trick with cheap canisters is to put the baskets / trays propers . If not placed correctly , the impeller will make humming sound .
Still not super quite . But for a filter that can house 6 liters of media ( 3 trays ) + filter sponge(tray ) , this filter was cheaper than the media itself , which costed around 3000(2 L of reeflower bio home z stone ) and 4000 for (4 liters of matrix ) . Also , I use it in a heavily stocked Malawi tank , that’s why so much of media .
Over all great filter , considering the four flow and built in uv. You can house 2 of these for a price of one ehiem , also spares are readily available, and cheap. Redundancy is the key.
